How do I create an account?

Forgot your password?

To reset password, log into the Avera CE Portal and click Forgot Password link.  NOTE:  the link will expire 30 minutes after being sent.


How do I complete an Online Disclosure Form?

To complete or update a "Disclosure of Financial Relationships" form, look for the disclosure button in the footer below.  Login is required.  Be sure to scroll to the bottom of the form to complete the date and click "Submit". 


How do I register?

Event & Live Courses:  Click the Register button and follow the prompts.

Series Calendar:  Click on the title of the activity.  Click on the Register tab and follow the prompts.

On-Demand:  Select the course and click Details. 


How to record your attendance?

Your attendance will be recorded via text message, unless instructed otherwise by activity host.

1.  A unique code will be provided at the activity.

2.  Text the provided code to 605.299.0525

3.  Ensure you receive the reply, "Thank you.  We have recorded your attendance for...."

Text attendance troubleshooting:

If you receive the reply, "User not found in system" after texting - Pair your mobile number with your CME Portal account. This is a onetime process.

  1.  Determine if you already have an account (see above).

  2.  Add your mobile phone to your profile - 2 options:

  *Send a reply text message consisting of the email address used to log into the Avera CE Portal (see above)

  *OR Log into your Avera CE Portal account online or via the app and complete the "Mobile" field on the My Profile screen.

  3.  After successfully pairing your mobile number, resend the unique text attendance to record attendance for the session you are attending.

~ NOTE:  the unique code provided will expire 4 hours after the activity ends.

~ If you receive the reply, "Attendance error...Outside meeting times", contact averacontinuingeducation@avera.org.


How can I make sure I receive continuing education credits when I attend RSS sessions/educational activity?

Be sure to text your attendance for any session/activity you attend.

If credit is missing from any activity you know you attended, please contact averacontinuingeducation@avera.org .  


How do I complete an evaluation and receive my certificate?

When your attendance has been recorded, an email with a link to the evaluation will be sent to you. This can be done two ways:

1.  Complete the evaluation by clicking the link in the email received

2.  Log into your Avera CE Portal account

*Click My CE

*Click the Evaluations & Certificates tile

*Click on the gray box , Complete Evaluation

  3.  Certificate will be emailed to you.  NOTE:  certificate is stored in your Avera CE Portal account.


How do I access my transcript?

To view CME credits, log into your Avera CE Portal.  Click on the My CE button and then the Transcripts tile.  Choose the appropriate filters.  You can email or print your transcript.

How do I download the Avera CE Portal (CloudCME) app?

The free CloudCME mobile app is available for download for Apple or Andriod.  The organization code is Avera.


What is the cancellation and refund policy?
