2026 Avera PACE Conference & Trade Show

The 2026 Avera PACE Conference is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and collaborative capacity of professionals working in purchasing, supply chain, clinical care, and operational support across the Avera system and partner organizations. Through keynote presentations, breakout sessions, and interactive discussions, the conference addresses emerging trends in healthcare operations, workforce engagement, clinical optimization, AI integration, and leadership resilience. Attendees will learn evidence-based strategies for strengthening interprofessional collaboration, improving organizational efficiency, supporting employee wellbeing, navigating multigenerational teams, and optimizing patient-centered care processes.

1. Identify specific strategies to connect, engage, and keep your team motivated during change and uncertainty
2. Discuss resilience or change-navigation strategies that can be implemented within one’s team or department to improve adaptability during organizational change
3. Discuss self-awareness and emotional intelligence methods to manage and own the emotions that come with change, uncertainty, and stress for themselves and those they lead
4. Review communication or leadership approaches to effectively engage at least two different generational groups represented in the workforce.
5. Identify appropriate and ethical uses of AI in everyday workflows within the healthcare environment.

Credit Designations:

Nursing Facility Administrator: Avera is an approved provider of continuing education for South Dakota through the South Dakota Board of Nursing Facility Administrators. This educational activity is approved for 4.00 hour(s) for nursing facility administrators.

Nurse CE: Avera designates this activity for a maximum of 4.0 ANCC contact hours. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pharmacy CE: Avera designates this activity for 4.00 ACPE contact hour(s). Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Credit will be uploaded to the NABP CPE Monitor® within 30 days after the activity completion. Per ACPE rules, Avera does not have access nor the ability to upload credits requested after the evaluation closes. It is the responsibility of the pharmacist or pharmacy technician to provide the correct information (NABP ID and DOB (MMDD)) to receive credit.
