This series is designed to bring members of the members of the Obstetric and Gynecologic team together to learn with and from each other regarding topics that cover menopause, perimenopause, symptom management, diet and exercise, and considerations to provide holistic care for patients.

Objectives
  1. Describe and apply evidence-based approaches to the diagnosis and management of menopause and perimenopause symptoms
  2. Demonstrate improved communication and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient-centered care for midlife women.
  3. Identify and incorporate lifestyle, nutritional, psychological, and preventive care considerations into treatment plans to address the diverse needs of women experiencing menopausal transitions
