Metastatic Breast Cancer cases are reviewed and discussed by a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This conference focuses on the unique care needs of metastatic patients who have long-term oncology and palliative visits and who require symptom management upon disease progression.

1. Discuss and analyze patient cases with the healthcare team.
2. Develop strategies and a team approach to prevent complications from medical procedures
3. Identify practice improvements that can be made to improve healthcare quality and safety.
4. Integrate a multidisciplinary approach into the development of plan of care
5. Discuss and analyze team barriers that could impede patient care
6. Identify social determinants that affect patient care for oncology patients
