Overview
Avera vLEAD sessions incorporate internal content experts, intentional leadership topics, and focused attention to what leaders need when working in healthcare today. This recorded session features a review of the system results for Avera’s most recent GLINT employee engagement survey, a tactical review of the access to the platform for leaders to build individual plans for their results next steps, and a discussion around engagement best practices. This session offers leaders tools and resources to help them apply tactical next steps in employee engagement, supporting the leader in effectively leading their team.
