Overview
Avera vLEAD sessions incorporate internal content experts, intentional leadership topics, and focused attention to what leaders need when working in healthcare today. This recorded session features a review of the concept of Vulnerability-based trust within the tenets of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, as well as connection to DiSC and healthy conflict in teams. The discussion provides participants with the information needed to apply concepts that allow them to effectively lead their teams.
