Avera vLEAD sessions incorporate internal content experts, intentional leadership topics, and focused attention to what leaders need when working in healthcare today. This recorded session features a review of the concept of Vulnerability-based trust within the tenets of The Five Dysfunctions of a Team, as well as connection to DiSC and healthy conflict in teams. The discussion provides participants with the information needed to apply concepts that allow them to effectively lead their teams.

1. Define Vulnerability Based Trust and articulate application to existing team environments.
2. Articulate tools that positively impact building team trust.
3. Apply a working definition of healthy conflict.
4. Understand DiSC styles and how they approach conflict.
