Please join the first regional cardiovascular education event focused on advanced practice providers and providers with a special interest in cardiovascular health. Learn about the most up-to-date cardiovascular guidelines and treatments from our team of experts.

1. Identify appropriate resources regarding guideline directed cardiovascular therapy.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of management of common cardiovascular diseases.
3. Discuss care and management of cardiovascular diseases among the interdisciplinary care team while caring for cardiac patients.
4. Analyze and discuss cardiovascular disease states, subsequent management, supporting literature, and cases.
5. Integrate a collaborative approach to patients with cardiovascular disease

Pharmacy CE: Avera designates this activity for 8.00 ACPE contact hour(s). Pharmacists and pharmacy technicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Credit will be uploaded to the NABP CPE Monitor® within 30 days after the activity completion. Per ACPE rules, Avera does not have access nor the ability to upload credits requested after the evaluation closes. It is the responsibility of the pharmacist or pharmacy technician to provide the correct information (NABP ID and DOB (MMDD)) to receive credit.
