Overview

Register now to be notified of education released in this palliative care education curriculum which will cover broad aspects of the eight palliative care domains that can be applied to any practice setting to better support persons living with serious illness and their families- including resources to improve conversations with patients who have a serious illness. This will be delivered through a combination of live or on-demand education and future conferences.

Target Audience

All healthcare professionals wanting to learn more about how primary palliative care supports persons and families living with serious illness.

Objectives
Outcome: For each session, participants will demonstrate increased knowledge about each palliative care topic by passing a posttest with a score of 80% or greater.

  1. Increase primary palliative care knowledge in healthcare professional which will improve access to quality palliative care for persons living in this region.
  2. Provide continuing education and academic enrichment to attendees.
  3. Promote collegiality and improved communication skill for health care professionals who work with people with a serious illness.

Registration

This series will be offered at no cost.  You will need to only register one time for the series.  To access the published courses at no cost, keep the confirmation email sent when registering for this course.  The Promo Code to access the courses is located in the email.
