Overview

The goal of this program is to increase the capacity of primary care providers to safely and effectively treat Opioid Use Disorders. Project ECHO, through the use of technology, education and research, de-monopolizes knowledge and amplifies the capacity to provide best practice care for people all over the world.

Project ECHO utilizes a “hub and spoke” structure to expand the role of primary care in treating these conditions. Spoke sites will connect to a corresponding hub to strengthen the expertise of providers within primary care settings. Hub teams will facilitate bi-weekly educational TeleECHO clinics offering didactic lectures, mentorship, and consultative feedback on patient cases.
