This is a request for Vendors to participate in the Avera Cancer Institute’s 18th Annual Oncology Symposium this September 28th and 29th, 2017. The following information is requested in order to have a booth at the Symposium:

Payment request amount: Avera requests that interested vendors remit payment of $1000 to have a booth at the Symposium for the 28th and 29th of September, 2017.

Anticipated number of attendees: 175 – including MDs, NPs, CNPs, social workers, patient navigators, and all others both inside healthcare and in the community who are interested in learning more about the current state and future prospects of cancer treatment and facilities.

Vendor Area: The vendor booths are setup in an area for viewing that is distinct from where the symposium education is occurring, and each booth has their own small area that is distinct from other vendors around them.

Break for viewing: Breaks are listed on the agenda, however if attendees at the symposium choose not to view some sessions offered they may also view vendor booths during the entirety of the program.

Vendors:  We would welcome a display of your materials and products for the healthcare providers in attendance. Participants will have time allowed during lunch and at breaks to view the booth displays. We would also invite you to attend and participate in the entire conference. Registration will be taken through Friday,  September 8th, 2017.

SET UP Information:  Thank you for your desire to sponsor the 2017 Avera Cancer Institute’s 18th Annual Oncology Symposium.  Set up will begin on Thursday, September 28th, at 4:00pm in the Avera Cancer Institute/Prairie Center located at 1000 E. 23rd Street, Sioux Falls, SD.  Please plan to be set up by 4:30pm as the event will begin promptly at 5pm.  The event will run 5pm-9pm Thursday, September 28th and 7:15am-4:30pm on Friday, September 29th. Booths must be taken down at the end of the event on Friday the 29th, with no remaining items inside the Prairie Center when you leave that evening.

While unloading your vehicle, you may pull up to the dock located in an alcove on the northwest side of the Prairie Center. Please take the elevators in the back entrance down to the lower level where vendor space will be located. Each vendor will have a table that measures 2X4 along with 2 chairs, and tables will be predetermined at random, and marked with your company’s name. A social will be held on Thursday, 5:00-6:00pm, and grab and go breakfast and lunch will be served Friday.

If your company has registered for a vendor table but is paying by check rather than through our online credit card registration process, your payment must be received before the start of the event on September 28th. If you do not remit payment by then, or you cannot show that your company is currently processing the payment, than you will unfortunately forfeit your space at the event.

Program participants should bring their cellphone with them to the conference. Program check-in for this event will be taken via text message.
