The Sigma, Zeta Zeta Chapter presents the 37th Annual Nursing Research Symposium which is designed to bring together nurses, scholars, educators, and healthcare professionals to explore how nursing research and evidence-based practice continue to shape the profession. This year’s theme, Living Nursing Scholarship: Research, Theory, and Practice, highlights the dynamic intersection of innovation, clinical inquiry, and real-world application across diverse practice settings.

1. Recognize the importance of a professional achievement and clinical excellence program on nurse retention.
2. Describe the lived experiences of the internationally educated nurses transitioning to practice in rural America.
3. Outline the key findings of the mMEDITATION randomized controlled trial.
4. Discuss the application of the State-Trait Hopelessness Scale to effectively evaluate hopelessness in the emotional recovery of stroke survivors.
5. Describe how a professional nursing governance framework can be used to operationalize evidence-based practice within a public health nursing workforce.
6. Describe how a professional nursing governance framework can be used to operationalize evidence-based practice within a public health nursing workforce.
7. Identify current and emerging uses of artificial intelligence in healthcare across clinical practice, nursing research, and health systems.
