Avera Research Grand Rounds provides an opportunity for researchers across Avera to present their work to a broad audience of like-minded individuals with the intent of fostering cooperative interactions and improved understanding of ongoing research among investigators within Avera.

Objective(s): 1 Evaluate the impact of introducing full-service cancer care in a rural community 2 Analyze population- and hospital-level data to measure changes in cancer care access and utilization 3 Measure outcomes across direct, indirect, and long-term impact measures 4 Determine whether access to local care influenced patient decisions and regional utilization patterns 5 Contribute to the evidence base supporting rural cancer care models
