Breast Tumor Conference allows members of the interdisciplinary team opportunities to discuss cases, share expertise and develop a collaborative treatment recommendation for patients with breast cancer.

1. Integrate a multidisciplinary approach into the development of plan of care for breast cancer patients
2. Discuss and analyze team barriers that could impede patient care
3. Identify social determinants that affect patient care for breast cancer patients
4. Identify practice improvements that can be made to improve healthcare quality and safety.
5. Develop strategies and a team approach to prevent complications from medical procedures
6. Discuss and analyze patient cases with the healthcare team
