Avera vLEAD sessions incorporate internal content experts, intentional leadership topics, and focused attention to what leaders need when working in healthcare today. This recorded session features a discussion on the many ethical decisions that leaders are faced with in healthcare and provides them with the resources needed to address those issues while still effectively leading their teams.

1. Understand the framework and principles of ethical decision-making in healthcare
2. Apply framework and principles to clinical and business case studies.
3. Identify subject matter resources within Avera who can assist in ethical decision-making and guidance.
