Avera's vLEAD Leadership Development Series is just-in-time content for your leadership development needs. These sessions are based on content intended to equip you with skills, insight, and knowledge to empower you to Lead Myself, Lead My Team, and Lead Avera. Avera vLEAD sessions will incorporate internal content experts, intentional leadership topics, and focused attention to what leaders need, now. Sessions will be held virtually each month, with recording options as possible but not guaranteed. Live attendance is encouraged for virtual connection to fellow leaders, colleagues and access to information at the system level. Tactical leadership, leadership thought and concepts, and personal professional development.
