Overview
This recording is from the 2023 Cultural Competence in Caregiving Conference. This recording is intended to increase participants’ awareness and understanding of terminology and concepts related to cultural competence, and to increase participants’ competence in identifying strategies/interventions for providing culturally competent care.

This education consists of four 45 minute videos.  Follow the prompts at the bottom of the screen.

 

Completion Requirements:

  • Before starting a course on the CE Portal, be sure all of your profile information is complete. To review your profile information, click My CEàProfile.
  • Select the Pre-Test button below to complete the pre-test.
  • Select the ‘View Video’ button to complete the online education.
  • This education consists of four 45 minute videos.  Follow the prompts at the bottom of the screen.  After watching all 4 videos, select the ‘Post-Test’ button to complete the post test. You must pass the test with a score of 80% or higher.
  • After completing the Post-Test, you will be directed to complete an evaluation. Once the evaluation is complete, a certificate for the course will be available under My CE àEvaluations and Certificates.
