Golf fees for one golfer for Tuesday, May 7th golf outing are $70 payable by credit card only.  You will be contacted by Avera PACE to coordinate teams.

The continuing changing workforce and pressures of society have a range of impact on those working in healthcare. This conference will provide members of the healthcare team with opportunities to learn about metal health awareness, ideas for offering nutritious food with less labor, and how to succeed in the areas of limitations that are present in healthcare.

1. Discuss with others about their behavioral health challenges
2. Identify one action steps to take when someone is struggling
3. Recognize how knowledge is gained from adversity
4. Identify tools that each of us has to cope with struggles in life
5. Identify Labor Saving Products and where to find them
6. Identify ways for creating Win-Win agreements
7. Discuss methods to overcome team barriers when limitations are present
8. Develop strategies and a team approach to streamline efficiencies and decrease stress

In support of improving patient care, Avera is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

 

Credit Designations:

	This activity was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive 1.0 IPCE credits for learning and change.
	Nurse: Avera designates this activity for a maximum of 4.0 ANCC contact hours. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
	Nursing Facility Administrator: Avera is an approved provider of continuing education for South Dakota through the South Dakota Board of Nursing Facility Administrators. This educational activity is approved for 4.00 hour(s) for nursing facility administrators.
