Overview
This session is a recording of a presentation from Sr. Vicky Larson on spiritual health and the connections to Avera Leadership Competency. Sr. Vicky explains the components of spiritual health and how leaders can foster this understanding for themselves and their teams.

Objectives
80% of learners will self-report an increase in knowledge and competence of the tools utilized in order to effectively lead their teams by the end of the activity.    Avera COVID-19 Guidelines:

  1. Discuss how successful teams and high quality leadership lead to an improved health care delivery system.
  2. Define constructs of spirituality described in health care literature.
  3. Discuss ways to promote spiritual health.
  4. Explore relationships between constructs of spirituality and Avera Leadership Competencies.

Accreditation
Physicians
