With five generations in the workforce caring for five generations of patients, what works to create a memorable and positive patient experience may not work for others. With expectations at an all-time high, constant change in the healthcare environment, and a need to do more with less, this highly interactive session will leverage national data from millions of patients to provide guidance on where to focus (by generation) and most importantly what we can do as healthcare professionals to maximize outcomes. Experts will share insights and strategies to ensure a safe, high quality, patient-centered outcome for every patient, in every experience, every time…regardless of generation.

  1. Articulate the state of patient experience across the US, based on generational differences, including key drivers or overall satisfaction and experience.
